Returns & Exchanges - We do everything we can to make ordering online simple. On all returns and exchanges we must charge a 15% restocking fee in addition to the shipping costs to and from your destination. Simply call our Customer Service staff at 1-866-588-BATH, Mon. - Fri. (9am to 9pm, EST). You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you would like to exchange the item, we will credit or bill your account the difference upon verifying your original return and ship out the exchange by your preferred shipping method.
Refunds - As soon as your return is received and verified to be in new or like-new condition, your refund will be issued. We will try to credit you via your original method of payment unless otherwise instructed. If this fails, we will issue a certified check to your billing address.
Warranties - All specialty products Tanning Beds Inc. sells are brand-new. Each item in our store comes with the original Manufacturer's Warranty; this information is clearly posted next to the item on the product page.
